THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT
PREPARE YOURSELF MENTALLY
Ensuring your mind is prepared for any challenge is a good start. Try and de-clutter your thoughts so all your motivation goes towards accomplishing your goal.
MORNING START
Squeeze half a lemon in a cup of hot water and drink first thing in the morning before breakfast. A great way to kick start your digestion and cleanse your system.
WORK UP A SWEAT
Go all out. Vigorous exercise increases lymph flow and circulation which sweats out all your toxins. Do anything – spinning, yoga, running or boxing.
RAW FOODS
Ok, so don’t go mad on sushi but aim to eat mainly raw foods. Raw foods contain more nutrients and enzymes which is a big thumbs up.
NO
ALCOHOL
Sorry, no alcohol, but aim to drink up to three litres of fluids a day. Stick to water, fresh fruit/vegetable juice and herbal detox teas. Your kidneys will thank you.
